Subscribe to Case Resolution
Enable institutions subscribed to Swift GPI to benefit from the Case Resolution functionalities which allow for dynamic query handling between banks on the Swift network. The Case Resolution service speeds up the resolution of operational, compliance and regulatory-related issues that can arise along the payments chain.
Place orders
Case Resolution
The subscription to Case Resolution should be performed once at the level of your parent destination. The latter should first subscribe to Swift GPI.
Once subscribed to Case Resolution, you can order the Case Resolution products in Test and in Live. Please place the test order first before the corresponding live one.
Note that the Case Resolution products test and Case Resolution products live can only be ordered once. To add new participants or make any other changes after the initial order, please go to the Case Resolution change, replace & upgrade page.
