Termination Principles

There are two deadlines for the termination of a Swift product or a service: - 30 September of each budget year to avoid any fee in the next budget year; - 15 December of each budget year to avoid full year invoicing for the maintenance fees (pro-rated basis). The termination rules are detailed in the Pricing and Invoicing — Ordering, Invoicing and Payment (log in required). Swift does not reimburse any charges or fees already due and paid by the customer. Termination does not affect any charges and fees that are due until the effective termination date. In other words, the customer must pay all charges and fees applicable until the expiry of the termination notice.
