This mechanism will process the Swift.com User’s personal data (e.g. mobile phone number) in order to confirm its identity while accessing the restricted area of this Website (e.g. the Swift.com User may receive a security code by SMS, which it needs to type in a security field on the Website).

Within an organisation, a password can only be issued to and used by one private person who is an employee or officer of that organisation. Different employees or officers of an organisation may apply for different passwords to access this Website.
The password may only be used for its authorised and legal purposes. In particular, the password may not be used (i) for or on behalf of any other person, such as any other employee or officer of the organisation, or (ii) to perform operations other than in connection with this Website.
Any use made of the password shall irrevocably be deemed as a legally binding use made by the Swift.com User for and on behalf of its organisation.

As long as Swift is not informed of any such change or event, Swift may legally assume that it has not occurred.
The Swift.com User and its organisation shall indemnify and hold Swift harmless from and against any loss, cost or damage arising from any unauthorised use of the password or from falsehood, misrepresentation of or failure to disclose any change or event as described above.
