Preparations for numerous ISO 20022 adoptions in the domestic and cross-border payments space are high on the agenda for many financial institutions. However, operational continuity and client satisfaction and experience are not to be compromised. In order to do so, BNY Mellon looked at MyStandards as a solution to assist with these challenges.

By providing the institution's usage guidelines in a centralised place and offering testing capabilities through the Readiness Portal, MyStandards has allowed for better use of resources, improved client value and increased efficiency.
