Direct Debit pre-notifications
To customers who pay their Swift invoices via the Direct Debit Payment mechanism, we (SWHQBEBBFIN) will forward a Direct Debit pre-notification around seven (7) days before the direct debit value date (via MT999 for customers connected to Swift network, via mail or fax for customers who are not).
This pre-notification will state the amount, the invoice number, the invoice date and the direct debit execution date.
