2015 Innotribe Startup Challenge kicked off in London!

On 22 April, 15 semi-finalists of our 2015 programme came to London to pitch their innovative ideas to an audience of global industry experts and bank decision-makers.

News, InnotribeFor the 2015 Startup Challenge, Innotribe received close to 370 applications from early-stage and growth-stage startups hailing from all over the world. Over 500 judges assessed these companies on their ability to provide an important innovation in the future of the financial industry and ultimately narrowed the selection process to this year’s 60 semi-finalists.

On 22 April, 15 semi-finalists came to London to pitch their innovative ideas to an audience of global innovators, investors, industry experts, and bank decision-makers - for the first showcase of the year.

With the Innotribe coaching sessions, the startup exhibition during Finextra Future of Money conference, and the Startup Challenge showcase itself, it was a packed week for our semi-finalists.

Next steps to the this year’s programme will be the regional showcases to be held in Cape Town on 6 May, Singapore on 28 May, and New York on 18 June.
