Terminate your gpi (Swift global payments innovation) subscription
The customer must always notify Swift in advance of its intention to terminate Swift services and products (typically, three months or, in case of termination of a service administration agreement, 12 months). The termination rules are detailed in the Pricing and Invoicing terms and conditions.
- The person filling in the Swift GPI termination form must have access to the Ordering application (on www.swift.com) for the BIC owning the Swift GPI contract.
- Once terminated, the BICs which were provisioned under the Swift GPI service (in the live and/or test environment(s)) will not be entitled to benefit from the Swift GPI functionalities anymore.
- Despite the Swift GPI termination, your BICs will stil be expected to comply with the Universal Confirmations business rules (https://www.swift.com/our-solutions/global-financial-messaging/payments-cash-management/unlocking-payment-confirmations).
