Terminate your SWIFT Go subscription
Customers must always notify SWIFT in advance of its intention to terminate SWIFT services and products (typically, three months or, in case of termination of a service administration agreement, 12 months). The termination rules are detailed in the Pricing and Invoicing terms and conditions.
Ordering checklist
- You must be authorized to use the ordering application before you can begin the process
- All mandatory fields, as indicated by an orange triangle in the SWIFT Go e-forms, must be filled.
- Once your SWIFT Go subscription is terminated, the BIC’s which were provisioned under the SWIFT Go service (in the live and test environments) will not be entitled to benefit from the SWIFT Go functionalities anymore.
