Terminate your SWIFTRef Online applications
The customer must always notify his regional account manager of his intention to terminate SWIFTRef services and products before his contract renewal date. The termination rules are detailed in the Pricing and Invoicing terms and conditions.

Important information about your termination
- The customer acknowledges and agrees that any current directory subscription is valid for a period of 12 months.
- If the subscription is terminated prior to completion of the full 12 month term, the customer is liable for the full 12 months subscription regardless of invoicing schedule. No refunds will be given.
- Access to products and services remains valid until the end of the 12 month period.
