Terminate Advanced Support and Care Services
Important information: If cancellation of the contract is related to a downgrade from Premium Plus Custom to Premium Plus and Upgrades from Premium to Premium Plus or Premium Plus Custom or Upgrade from Premium Plus to Premium Plus Custom, please follow these steps:
1. Place the order of the new Advanced Support package, and take note of the new order reference number
2. Terminate the existing Advanced Support package through this form
Do not forget to tick the case "Terminate is for upgrade/downgrade" and include the new Advanced Support package order reference number.
