Terminate your Case Management subscription
Customers must always notify Swift in advance of its intention to terminate Swift services and products (typically, three months or, in case of termination of a service administration agreement, 12 months). The termination rules are detailed in the Pricing and Invoicing terms and conditions.
- You must be authorized to use the ordering application before you can begin the process
- All mandatory fields, as indicated by an orange triangle in the Case Management e-forms, must be filled.
- Once your Case Management subscription is terminated, the BICs which were provisioned under the Case Management services (in the live and/or test environment(s)) will not be entitled to benefit from the Stop and Recall & Case Resolution functionalities anymore.
