Terminate your Case Management subscription

If you want to cancel your Case Management subscription, you’ll need to notify us three months in advance. Or, in the case of a service administration agreement, 12 months. You can find our cancelation rules in our Pricing and Invoicing terms and conditions

Cancelation checklist

  • You must be authorised to use the ordering application before you can begin the process
  • All mandatory fields, as indicated by an orange triangle in the Case Management e-forms, must be filled.
  • Once your Case Management subscription has been terminated, your provisioned BICs will no longer be able to use the product’s functionalities in the Live or Test environment
