Change Advanced Support and Care Services

You can modify an existing Advanced Support and/or Care contract by adding certain Service Modules on top of your current package.

If you want to downgrade from Premium Plus to Premium, or upgrade from Premium to Premium Plus:

1. Go to the ‘Order Products and Services’ section, and place a new order.

2. Go to the ‘Terminate & Deactivate’ section to place a termination e-order for the current Advanced Support package. You will be asked to mention the new e-order number.
