What?
MyOrganisation is a tool developed by Swift to allow your company to quickly validate its identification details and BICs.
It includes the name, address, business registration number, assigned BIC8’s, BIC-directory publication data and, if applicable, traffic or shareholding parent. Next to this, supervised entities need to confirm their supervisors and provide evidence of such supervision whereas non-supervised Swift Users active in the financial industry will need to provide their latest audited financial statements.
Therefore, before launching the review, please make sure you have the required documents and information in hands.

Why?
The correctness of the information of your company as a Swift user is essential
- to ensure correct identification of your organisation towards your Swift counterparties,
- to ensure continued compliance with the eligibility criteria and the Swift Corporate Rules, and
- to maintain key information in the context of traffic and share aggregation and CSP reporting,
Timely maintenance of accurate and complete information about your company and its representatives is also required by Swift’s Corporate Rules.
Who?
The Primary Business Contact automatically gets access to this tool. If no Primary Business Contact has been appointed yet, please ensure one is appointed as soon as possible. In the meantime, access has been granted to the ordering contact and/or to the swift.com administrator(s). Note as well that the tool offers the possibility to delegate the review to another individual within the organization. The only pre-requisite is to have a swift.com account.

When?
Each company must go through the review process at a minimum every year, upon receipt of an email invitation from Swift.
