Laura Cote is a senior vice president in U.S. Bank's Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking business line - the highest revenue producing business line at the bank. She leads the Investment Services Product group, comprising team members based in the U.S. and Europe, who develop and deliver all product for our Global Fund Services and Global Corporate Trust divisions, including ETFs, alternative funds, and crypto/stablecoin. John Jackson is Head of the Wholesale Payments Division at the Bank of England. Christian Houillon was appointed Global Head of Custody Products & Solutions in November 2020. In this role he is especially in charge to define the product roadmap for both the Sell Side and the Buy Side client segments, manages a central team of 30 custody specialists, and coordinates the network of local product managers worldwide. He is also in charge of the Digital initiatives for the Financial Intermediaries & Corporates client line. Prior to this, Christian was in charge of the Sell Side segment in the Custody Products team, and before the T2S Programme Manager and Head of Regulatory Evolutions and Collateral Management. He has led transversal projects related to market and regulatory changes, including the bank’s T2S programme which he conducted since its inception in early 2010. Christian has been part of the BNP Paribas Group since 1994, 25 years of which have been spent in securities services. During his career, he has been in charge of a number of IT projects and departments relating to fund services, before taking a more transversal role conducting complex projects, which involved stakeholders from multiple business lines within the bank.

Michelangelo de Marzio is a Senior Director for Derivative Products and Infrastructure (DPI) at ISDA. He joined ISDA in May 2018 and runs the Equity Derivatives, FX and Digital Assets product groups within the DPI policy area. From 2011 to 2018 he held various roles in Equity, Credit and Interest Rate Derivative Operations at NatWest Markets/RBS in London, and his most recent role was Vice President in Derivative Operations. Prior to that he worked in various Derivative Operations and Middle Office roles at Morgan Stanley in London.
