The ordering and provisioning process is composed of the following 2 steps and must be followed sequentially:
- Subscribe to Case Management and configure your BICs in our Test & Training environment
This e-form enables your parent destination (CPD) to become a Case Management user, determine its preferred onboarding approach, and configure BICs from its hierarchy to be provisioned in the Case Management closed user group in the Test & Training environment.
- Add BICs in the Case Management service - Live
This e-form allows your parent destination (CPD) to determine which BICs from its hierarchy should be provisioned in the Case Management closed user group in the Live environment.
