Pay your USD invoices by direct debit

If you are invoiced in USD, you can register to pay your invoices by direct debit. The process depends on whether your USD is located in the US or outside of the US.
USD account held in the US
Complete the registration process if the account from which you want the invoices to be debited must be located in the United States.
- Download the "Preauthorised debit payment - Authorisation agreement" form.
- Fill in the form, including your account number and the ABA number (also known as Fedwire Routing number, Transit Routing number or ACH number) of the selected institution.
- Ensure duly authorised persons in your institution sign the form and send the completed form to:

USD account held outside of the US
If you currently have a USD account outside the US, please contact Swift Treasury Department by email at treasury.generic@swift.com with the BIC of the bank and country where this account is held. Swift Credit and Collection will check whether you can register for International Drawdown using this account.
If they confirm that this account can be used, download and complete the USD drawdown form:
- Ensure that duly authorised persons in your institution sign the form.
- Send the signed form to your correspondent bank for their update and approval.
- Your correspondent bank will have additional documents for you to complete and authorise before they send back the Swift authorisation form.
- When you receive the authorisation form, check it has been signed by your bank and send it to:

Send a scanned copy of the form by e-mail to Treasury.generic@swift.com.

If your account cannot be used, you have two options.
Option1: Open a USD account in the USA and register for direct debit .
Option 2: Subscribe to our International drawdown service by opening a USD account with one of the banks participating in this service. Please contact Swift Treasury by email at Treasury.Generic@swift.com or by phone on +32 2 655 35 67 to identify a suitable participating bank.
When the account is open, please follow the procedure described above.
USD account not held
If you do not have a USD account please contact Swift Treasury Department by email at Treasury.Generic@swift.com.
