Our archive retrieval service can be used to obtain copies of submitted e-orders or historical paper order forms.
Important information about your order
- Document archive retrieval is free of charge, unless the request involves an excessive number of exceptional manual work from Swift.
- Swift will fulfil your request within seven business days.
- Swift will email the requested document in PDF format.
- You may provide Swift with a specific Purchase Order (PO) reference.
