Olivier Dazard is heading the ‘Customer and Partners Security and Resilience’ team. This team drives the evolution and support of the Customer and Partner Security Control Frameworks and the associated Independent Assessment Framework (IAF). Those frameworks are the heart of the Customer Security Program (CSP) and the Shared Infrastructure Program (SIP) at Swift. The CSP helps financial institutions ensure their defences against cyberattacks are up to date and effective. Nicolas Stuckens is leading the ISO 20022 adoption and data quality programme within SWIFT, a programme created to drive ISO 20022 community adoption, quality usage of ISO messaging and related Swift services. His main focus is to engage with the financial community and industry groups to ensure readiness and drive the programme in line with market priorities. Nicolas has a strong background in Payments and Financial Crime Compliance, having led the development of screening initiatives within SWIFT for nearly 15 years. His focus on compliance led him to explore how sanctions compliance-related friction can be reduced to support the move to instant payments. In 2021 he published “Guiding principles for screening ISO 20022 payments” in collaboration with leading industry banks, providing insights for financial institutions to leverage the new syntax for efficient and effective screening – a paper that was subsequently endorsed by the Payment Market Practice Group and The Wolfsberg Group. Nicolas joined SWIFT in 1997 and held several positions in the area of Reference Data, Pricing and Information Services. He holds a degree of Commercial Engineer from the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium. Frank Van Driessche is Head of ISO 20022 Practice. Frank Van Driessche joined the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in late 2018 to focus on the adoption of ISO 20022 by the Fedwire Funds Service. He joined the FedNow team in 2019 to lead the ISO 20022 implementation for the Federal Reserve Banks’ instant payments platform. Frank represents the Federal Reserve Financial Services on a series of national and international ISO 20022 expert groups and currently chairs the CPMI ISO 20022 data harmonisation panel. Previously Frank held positions at SWIFT where he was responsible for the global adoption of ISO 20022 by payment market infrastructures, and at the European Banking Federation as senior advisor during the creation of SEPA. Leaving to join Swift scrl, he led the Securities Strategy team and started the Government Relations function through his involvement in a number of pan-european initiatives including the Swift response to the ‘Giovannini report’ and rapporteur for the European Post Trade Forum (‘EPTF’). Subsequently, he spent 13 years at DTCC where he was both CEO of DTCC’s largest Derivatives Trade Repository, DDRL, and the head of DTCC’s Regulatory Affairs for UK, EU and APAC. From 2021-2023, he was also Chair of the Data Standards Committee for the Bank of England’s ‘Transforming Data Collection’ initiative. Andrew left DTCC in early 2023 to start his own advisory business, BlackWater Consultancy Ltd. Alexandre Kech was appointed by the Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF) Board of Directors as the CEO of GLEIF, effective June 26, 2024. Prior to joining GLEIF, Alexandre Kech was Head Digital Securities at the SIX Digital Exchange. As a member of the Executive Board, Alex had full executive responsibility for the Digital Securities business vertical, including relationship management, product and blockchain-based service development, as well as ecosystem expansion. His career with Deutsche Börse Group spans more than 25 years, the majority of which has been dedicated to various leadership roles within its post-trade business, Clearstream. In his current capacity, Derenbach is at the forefront of innovation, responsible for the business strategy, development, and commercialization of Clearstream's digital and traditional issuer services globally. Usman Ahmad is a seasoned capital markets and digital assets executive with over 25 years of experience across financial market infrastructure, institutional trading and digital asset markets. Usman currently serves as Head of Digital Assets at Euroclear, leading the firm's newly established digital assets division and driving initiatives across tokenisation, digital issuance and next-generation settlement infrastructure. Prior to joining Euroclear, Usman spent eight years building businesses in the digital asset domain, most recently as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Zodia Markets, where over the course of nearly five years he helped create one of the industry's leading institutional digital asset firms. Francisco Tur Hartmann joined the European Monetary Institute, the forerunner of the European Central Bank, in May 1995 when he contributed to the development of the TARGET system (the Real Time Gross Settlement system for the euro). Steven Beck is Director of the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Trade and Supply Chain Division. Steven built ADB’s trade and supply chains finance businesses as ‘start-ups’ that now deliver guarantees and loans in support of about 20,000 transactions a year worth over US $5 billion annually. Steven has 25 years' experience in international trade and, in addition to leading ADB’s trade and supply chain finance businesses, launched initiatives to maximize the ‘development impact’ from trade by addressing some of its shortcomings. Steven established the first global default and loss data in trade financing, originally called the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)—ADB Trade Finance Register. This has influenced the regulatory treatment of trade finance, freeing billions of dollars in financing capacity, helping close financing market gaps. Steven launched ADB’s Trade Finance Gaps, Growth and Jobs study: the first and only study to estimate market gaps and unmet demand for trade finance. It is the world’s barometer on global trade finance gaps and highlights the imperative of addressing this market failure. Mel Gauci is Program Manager for the ISO 20022 Migration Program at Australian Payments Network (AusPayNet), where she leads the ongoing evolution of Australia’s High Value Clearing System (HVCS) and its alignment with global ISO 20022 standards. Mel is also an active leader in the international payments community. She leads the HVPS+ Change Management Working Group, bringing together major payment market infrastructures from around the world to coordinate the development and implementation of the HVPS+ ISO 20022 market practice. Through this role, she works closely with Swift, central banks, market infrastructures and financial institutions on global harmonisation, interoperability and the future evolution of cross-border and high-value payments. Mel has played a central role in Australia’s transition to ISO 20022, from the initial migration of the HVCS through to the ongoing annual standards and capability roadmap. Matthieu de Heering is Montran’s Global Head of Business Development, Capital Markets, since 2024. Christian Houillon was appointed Global Head of Custody Products & Solutions in November 2020. In this role he is especially in charge to define the product roadmap for both the Sell Side and the Buy Side client segments, manages a central team of 30 custody specialists, and coordinates the network of local product managers worldwide. He is also in charge of the Digital initiatives for the Financial Intermediaries & Corporates client line. After graduating from ESCP Business School with a master’s degree in finance and marketing, Frantz Teissèdre joined Societe Generale Group (hereafter SG Group) in 1996 as a financial controller of the International Department. In 1998, he was appointed as SG Group’s Investment Bank Division financial analyst in the insurance and banking sector. In 2002 he moved to Fiditalia SpA, one of SG Group’s largest financial services companies, in charge of commercial development. In 2008, he was appointed Head of Fiditalia National Partnerships and Communication Division and was subsequently nominated member of Fiditalia’s executive committee.Frantz joined SG Groups’ Global Transaction and Payment Services Division in 2012 as Deputy Head of the Interbank Relationships Department. Frantz Teissèdre is a Board Member at EBA CLEARING. He has served as Societe Generale Group shareholder/member representative at Euro Banking Association, Groupement des Utilisateurs de SWIFT en France (GUF), European Payments Council (EPC) and European Central Bank AMI-PAY forum. Frantz participates in the European Banking Federation’s TARGET Working Group (TWG), which represents the European banking participants in the TARGET2 payment system. He is also taking part in the CPMI cross-border payments interoperability and extension (PIE) task force, which contributes to the implementation of the G20 cross-border payments enhancement programme. Frantz is a member of the EBA Expert Group on Cross-border Payments (EGXP) and of the Banque de France cross-border payments community.

Mike joined Swift in February 2023 to work on enabling cross-border interoperability for domestic instant payment systems before taking on the role of Head of Industry Engagement. Prior to joining Swift, he spent more than 25 years delivering banking technology solutions across Europe and Asia. The opportunity to work on Project Ubin with the Monetary Authority of Singapore sparked a passion for the Future of Payments, leading him to Swift where he can make the future of payments a reality.

Rossana Thomas, GM/VP, Enterprise Payments leads the Enterprise Payments Platform at Fiserv, and has over 30 years of strategy, product development and executive leadership experience within the Financial Services industry. Prior to joining Fiserv, Rossana worked for KPMG and supported several U.S. financial institutions with their Real-Time Payments implementations. Rossana provided strategic direction to The Clearing House’s ACH, wire and check image exchange solutions during her career at the TCH.  Rossana is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), an established payments industry leader and a member of multiple industry initiatives including NACHA. Rossana is the winner of the 2020 PayTech Leadership Award.

Harish leads a global team working on financial inclusion; payments and market infrastructures; digital finance; and credit infrastructure topics. He represents the World Bank in several international working groups on these topics. He was a lead contributor to the IMF-World Bank Bali Fintech Agenda, co-led the Future of Finance flagship paper, and co-chaired the CPMI-World Bank taskforce on Payment Aspects of Financial Inclusion.

Richard is Head of the Global Sustainability Office, having joined State Street in 2022. He spent a decade each with Barclays and KPMG before working for the British Government including as Director of Strategy in the Department for Business and as Strategy Advisor to HM The King in relation to his Prince’s Charities Group. Immediately prior to joining State Street, he worked in Private Equity, notably at Waypoint Capital. Richard has been involved the not for profit and wider civil society sector throughout his career, most recently as a trustee for The Royal Parks, and he will shortly take up a similar role with the Royal Horticultural Society. Maram Al-Jazireh is Global Head of Financial Institutions & Sustainability at Arab Bank and is responsible for relationships and business development activities with financial institutions globally as well as leading the ESG function within the bank. Maram graduated from Oklahoma State University with a major in Accounting.
