Frank Van Driessche is Head of ISO 20022 Practice. Frank Van Driessche joined the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in late 2018 to focus on the adoption of ISO 20022 by the Fedwire Funds Service. He joined the FedNow team in 2019 to lead the ISO 20022 implementation for the Federal Reserve Banks’ instant payments platform. Frank represents the Federal Reserve Financial Services on a series of national and international ISO 20022 expert groups and currently chairs the CPMI ISO 20022 data harmonisation panel. In his current capacity, Derenbach is at the forefront of innovation, responsible for the business strategy, development, and commercialization of Clearstream's digital and traditional issuer services globally. Francisco Tur Hartmann joined the European Monetary Institute, the forerunner of the European Central Bank, in May 1995 when he contributed to the development of the TARGET system (the Real Time Gross Settlement system for the euro). Since December 2017 he is head of Division in the Directorate General Market Infrastructure and Payments of the European Central Bank. With more than 30 years of experience in Market Infrastructures, Francisco has been conducting policy work aiming for further harmonisation and integration of financial market infrastructures at European and global level. He is currently leading the team which provides transversal services to the market infrastructure projects operated by the European Central Bank (ECB). Greg Williamson is an industry leader with over two decades in fraud and identity management, with expertise in fraud strategy, cyber fraud prevention, and global digital identity solutions. As the Head of Fraud Commercial Strategy at Verafin, he is accountable for defining and executing Verafin’s commercial approach for its fraud product line, ensuring it meets the needs of customers and emerging fraud trends. Before Verafin, Greg led the Bank Policy Institute’s fraud prevention program, supporting industry wide fraud needs and developing advocacy positions that align regulatory expectations with industry best practices. Steven Beck is Director of the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Trade and Supply Chain Division. Steven built ADB’s trade and supply chains finance businesses as ‘start-ups’ that now deliver guarantees and loans in support of about 20,000 transactions a year worth over US $5 billion annually. Steven has 25 years' experience in international trade and, in addition to leading ADB’s trade and supply chain finance businesses, launched initiatives to maximize the ‘development impact’ from trade by addressing some of its shortcomings. Steven established the first global default and loss data in trade financing, originally called the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)—ADB Trade Finance Register. This has influenced the regulatory treatment of trade finance, freeing billions of dollars in financing capacity, helping close financing market gaps. Steven launched ADB’s Trade Finance Gaps, Growth and Jobs study: the first and only study to estimate market gaps and unmet demand for trade finance. It is the world’s barometer on global trade finance gaps and highlights the imperative of addressing this market failure. Christine Strandberg is head of Product Management for Investor Services Banks at SEB, based in Stockholm, Sweden. Christine has been with SEB for more than 25 years, working in the sub custody area as a systems manager, product manager and regulatory manager before becoming head of Product Management for Investor Services Banks in 2023. In addition to her work with SEB’s sub custody services, Christine is since many years an active member in local, regional and global market groups focusing on standardising post-trade communication as well as underlying business processes. In this role he is especially in charge to define the product roadmap for both the Sell Side and the Buy Side client segments, manages a central team of 30 custody specialists, and coordinates the network of local product managers worldwide. He is also in charge of the Digital initiatives for the Financial Intermediaries & Corporates client line. Prior to this, Christian was in charge of the Sell Side segment in the Custody Products team, and before the T2S Programme Manager and Head of Regulatory Evolutions and Collateral Management. He has led transversal projects related to market and regulatory changes, including the bank’s T2S programme which he conducted since its inception in early 2010. Christian has been part of the BNP Paribas Group since 1994, 25 years of which have been spent in securities services. During his career, he has been in charge of a number of IT projects and departments relating to fund services, before taking a more transversal role conducting complex projects, which involved stakeholders from multiple business lines within the bank.

Adam Watson is Managing Director and Head of Asset Services at DTCC, where he is responsible for the strategic direction, performance, and modernization of the firm’s global Asset Services business. In this role, he oversees operational delivery, product innovation, regulatory engagement, and client experience across DTCC’s market critical services. Adam brings nearly two decades of experience across capital markets, custody, and asset servicing. Prior to joining DTCC, he served as Managing Director of Client Insight & Innovation at BNY, where he led enterprise wide digital transformation initiatives, complex multi product client mandates, and large scale operating model redesigns. Over the course of his tenure at BNY, Adam held senior leadership roles with responsibility for global custody commercial strategy, product development, financial governance, and multi billion dollar client franchises. Earlier in his career, Adam spent more than a decade at J.P. Morgan in leadership roles spanning global custody product management, finance, and operations. With a career that spans across the United States and the United Kingdom, Watson has vast expertise across global market infrastructure and post trade services.

Jonathan Ramteke is a Relationship Manager at Swift, where he serves as single point of contact and trusted advisor to US-headquartered securities firms across the asset manager, custodian, and market infrastructure segments. He has led outreach on strategic initiatives like Unique Transaction Identifier (UTI) implementation, ISO 20022 for payments, and the Swift Ledger. Jonathan also contributes to Swift’s industry engagement, participating in ISITC’s Corporate Actions Working Group and Payments Task Force. He has previously spoken at ISITC conference sessions on UTI, ISO 20022, and corporate actions. Before joining Swift in 2022, Jonathan spent 5 years at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, specifically in Central Bank and International Account Services, which provides correspondent banking and custody services to central banks and international organizations. He began as an OFAC/AML analyst, which sparked his interested in Swift, payments, and securities, before moving to a relationship manager role, working with central banks in emerging markets and supporting the rollout of the FIMA Repo facility, an emergency liquidity program launched in March 2020. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in International Trade and Development Economics from Tufts University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Rutgers University.
