Erwin Kulk is Head of Service Development and Management at EBA CLEARING, the leading private-industry provider of pan-European infrastructure solutions for euro payments. Erwin is responsible for the management of EURO1 (for large-value euro payments), STEP2 (for SEPA bulk payments) and RT1 (for instant payments) as well as for the development of new initiatives. He has been working in the domain of interbank payment processing since 1998 and joined EBA CLEARING in 2012.

Stephen Lindsay joined SWIFT in 2007 and currently leads the Standards, Securities and Digital Assets (SSDA) team, which is responsible for developing and maintaining standards, services, and digital platform capabilities to meet evolving market and community needs. Prior to that, Stephen led the business stream evolving SWIFT’s strategic platform to enable instant and frictionless cross-border transactions. Stephen has a longstanding interest in industry standards and continues to lead the workstream migrating the Swift community to ISO 20022 for cross-border payments. Neil Buchan serves as the Global Head of Standards at Swift, a position he has held since January 2025. In this role, he oversees standards across various financial sectors, including international payments, assets servicing, securities settlement, treasury and trade finance, impacting over 11,500 financial institutions worldwide. Neil joined Swift in 2016 and has held various roles within Swift, contributing significantly to the organisation’s mission of fostering a resilient and efficient financial ecosystem. Neil’s extensive experience in the financial services industry positions him as a key figure in the ongoing evolution of financial standards, ensuring they meet the dynamic needs of the global financial community.

Sunday has over 25 years of experience in Corporate Banking, primarily in product management roles. Julie Bolan is the Global Head of Payments Go-To-Market at Swift, where she leads global initiatives that accelerate the industry’s transition towards faster, more transparent and frictionless cross-border payments. She is recognised as a payments and market expert, bringing together industry collaboration, data-driven insights and execution to deliver meaningful improvements in the end-to-end payment experience. In 2025, Julie oversaw a comprehensive assessment across 40 markets to evaluate the factors influencing speed and traceability of inward payments. Through more than 400 stakeholder workshops with supporting Swift data, her team identified systemic and operational barriers and is now delivering market-level insights back to the industry to drive change. Julie is a sought-after speaker and thought leader at Sibos and major industry events and supports the Swift community speaking at financial institution client forums. Nicolas Stuckens is leading the ISO 20022 adoption and data quality programme within SWIFT, a programme created to drive ISO 20022 community adoption, quality usage of ISO messaging and related Swift services. His main focus is to engage with the financial community and industry groups to ensure readiness and drive the programme in line with market priorities. Nicolas has a strong background in Payments and Financial Crime Compliance, having led the development of screening initiatives within SWIFT for nearly 15 years. His focus on compliance led him to explore how sanctions compliance-related friction can be reduced to support the move to instant payments. In 2021 he published “Guiding principles for screening ISO 20022 payments” in collaboration with leading industry banks, providing insights for financial institutions to leverage the new syntax for efficient and effective screening – a paper that was subsequently endorsed by the Payment Market Practice Group and The Wolfsberg Group.

Stéphane Mahieu is head of AML/CFT policy, analysis and cooperation at the French financial supervisory authority ACPR. He joined this agency in 2000 and held there several positions related to AML/CFT, including head of AML/CFT legal affairs, and head of AML/CFT off-site supervision. Stéphane also spent part of his career on secondment at the Basel Committee Secretariat, at the French Treasury and at the Financial Stability Board Secretariat, where he worked on issues related to information exchange, correspondent banking as well as the Legal Entity Identifier. He co-lead the drafting team for the revision of FATF Recommendation 16 on payment transparency. He is a member of the BCBS AML/CFT Expert Group.

Tom Scampion is CEO of GSS, a global platform that brings financial institutions together to deliver higher standards in compliance, through defining standards and making them available to all. GSS was founded in 2021 and is now live delivering transaction screening for sanctions risk to global FIs. Uniquely, GSS has an integration partnership with Swift allowing Swift members to access GSS directly via the Swift API. He has over 30 years’ experience in the evaluation, design and delivery of compliance systems and controls, particularly in the field of financial crime risk. He has worked closely with financial institutions, regulators and law enforcement in the US, Europe and Asia. Previously, Tom ran the AlixPartners EMEA Financial Crime and prior to that, was Deloitte’s EMEA Head of Financial Crime & Global Risk Analytics Leader. He has led over 100 reviews of sanctions systems and controls. He also served as the former Head of EMEA for a US software firm, delivering cross-industry data management solutions to dozens of tier one clients.

Mike Jones is Head of Payment Operations Division at the Bank of England with responsibility for Bank’s Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) payment system, the CHAPS payment scheme and the Bank’s securities operations. Mike has previously undertaken a number of other roles at the Bank across its front, middle and back offices and in Prudential supervision.

Patricia Sullivan is a Managing Director and Global Head of Institutional Cash Management (ICM) at Deutsche Bank since January 2024. In this role Ms. Sullivan oversees the unit and teams within the Corporate Bank delivering a wide range of payment, transactional FX and liquidity solutions to financial institutions (banks & central banks) and Deutsche Bank affiliates. Priorto leading the ICM business, since June 2021, Ms. Sullivan reported directly to the Deutsche Bank CB/IB CEO overseeing a global team to embed effective and sustainable financial crime controls and a strong risk management culture in the businesses and worked closely with ICM. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Ms. Sullivan spent 6 years at Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) delivering the remediation and transformation of the US and Global Financial Crime Compliance program. At SCB Ms. Sullivan led financial inclusion initiatives and worked with regulators and policy makers to develop strong and consistent due diligence and control standards within correspondent banking. Ms. Sullivan has more than 20 years of experience in covering ICM, Criminal Prosecution, Litigation, Financial Crime Compliance and Core Compliance. Eason is the head of Financial Institution Strategic Partnership of Platform Tech, Ant International. Elizabeth Leather is a policy manager in the Payments Directorate at the Bank of England and serves as the co-chair of HVPS+. Dominik is an Executive Director in Financial Crime Prevention at UBS Business Solutions AG, where he is responsible for name, media, and transaction screening on a global scale. Since joining UBS in 2002, Dominik has been driving numerous key payments initiatives, including the adoption of ISO 20022 in Switzerland, the implementation of structured and hybrid customer addresses, AI and machine learning projects, and global payments infrastructure programs. Most recently, he served as the lead Product Owner for the firm’s Instant Payments implementation in Switzerland and Europe, as well as the strategic Payments Modernization program. Beatrice Pechtl joined StoneX in January 2005 within the Payments Business. Following a brief experience in Operations, she transitioned to the Trading desk, where she spent several years developing deep expertise in financial markets. Building on this foundation, Beatrice went on to establish the Correspondent Banking department for EMEA. Today, she leads a team managing relationships with nearly 400 partner banks, with a strong emphasis on Africa. In this role, she plays a key part in expanding access to cross-border payments and strengthening StoneX’s global banking network.

Rachel is the APAC & MEA Regional Head of Corporate Cash Management where she is responsible for the Cash Business across 18 diverse and highly regulated countries. Rachel is also the Global Head of Payments & Transactional FX Product Management for Corporate Cash Management at Deutsche Bank leading the strategic vision for the Payment & FX product offerings and strategic landscape development, working closely with clients and partners to build the next generation of product capabilities to support the future of cash management. She is very interested in new technologies and how these can be integrated together to support our clients to grow their businesses in a secure and scalable way. Francois is Head of Payments Go-To-Market for EMEA at Swift, responsible for driving the rollout of the Swift’s payments strategy across the region. Francois has developed a deep expertise of the evolving global payments landscape, helping his customers to navigate an increasingly complex financial ecosystem and to drive innovation through strategic payments initiatives. Prior to his current role, Francois was involved in major payment market projects including the global adoption of ISO 20022 for payments, the European payments infrastructure renewal and the deployment of instant payment solutions. Francois joined SWIFT in 2016. Prior to joining Swift, he held various finance & treasury roles in the telecom industry as well as being a senior Auditor at PwC. He holds a Certificate in Corporate Treasury from the UK Association of Corporate Treasurers and a Master in Business and Economics from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.

Doug Carlson is a Senior Vice President and Head of Global Payments Product Management within PNC’s Treasury Management organization. In that role, Doug’s product management group is responsible for managing the product capabilities and strategy for Immediate Payments, ACH, Wire Transfers, EDI, SWIFT, Integrated Payables, and Canada and International treasury services. Doug has approximately 30 years of experience in financial services and treasury management. Prior to joining PNC in 2022, Doug held various product leadership positions with Santander Bank and with Bank of America where he worked for over 20 years. He represents PNC on both the Real Time Payments and CHIPS Business Committees with The Clearing House, as well as the Federal Reserve Payments Advisory Council for the 5th District.

.Charlotte Pardou joined SWIFT in 2013 to support the expansion of the Financial Crime compliance division of SWIFT. In 2016 Charlotte moved to the Business development division where she has been promoting SWIFT’s Financial Crime Compliance and Fraud initiatives, product suites and shared services across the European and African communities. She is now the Global Head of the Financial Crime Compliance & Fraud. Before joining SWIFT Charlotte worked in the service and pharmaceutical industries as Senior Consultant. Charlotte is based in SWIFT’s Head Quarters in La Hulpe, Belgium. She is fluent in French, Dutch and English. Karyna Hutarovich is a Vice President in Corporate Bank at Deutsche Bank, serving as a senior Business Product Specialist representative within the SWIFT & Industry Engagement team. She plays a leading role in shaping the bank’s strategic positioning across key payments industry initiatives, with deep expertise in ISO 20022 standardisation, payment exceptions and investigations, and SWIFT Transaction Manager processing. Karyna is a member of the CPMI Cross-Border Payments Interoperability and Extension (PIE) initiative, where she contributes to Task Team 3’s mission of fostering harmonisation of ISO 20022 data requirements. In addition to her external engagements, Karyna heads the process performance monitoring stream within the Corporate Bank’s Business Architecture team, driving operational excellence and data-led insights. Frank Van Driessche joined the Federal Reserve Bank of New York late 2018 to focus on the adoption of ISO 20022 by the Fedwire Funds Service. He joined the FedNow team in 2019 to lead the ISO 20022 implementation for the Federal Reserve Banks’ instant payments platform. Previously Frank held positions at SWIFT where he was responsible for the global adoption of ISO 20022 by payment market infrastructures, and at the European Banking Federation as senior advisor during the realization of SEPA. Frank is Belgian and holds a master’s degree of the Brussels Solvay Business School.

Joanne joined Standard Chartered in December 2021 where she holds the position of Managing Director, Regional Head of Cash Product Europe. Nicolas Stuckens is leading the ISO 20022 adoption and data quality programme within SWIFT, a programme created to drive ISO 20022 community adoption, quality usage of ISO messaging and related Swift services. Nicolas has a strong background in Payments and Financial Crime Compliance, having led the development of screening initiatives within SWIFT for nearly 15 years. Charles Bunnik has been working at ABN AMRO Bank since 1999 and is Head of Market Infrastructures at ABN AMRO Bank NV since January 2018. Michinobu Kishi has over three decades of experience in central banking, public policy and commercial banking. He is the General Manager of the Transaction Business Planning Department at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) and Swift National Member Group Chairperson Japan since 2022. His responsibilities include the bank’s ISO 20022 migration, responding to G20/FSB cross border payments roadmaps, and conducting R&D on transaction banking. Since 2024, he serves as a Member of the Board of Directors, Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF). Prior to joining SMBC, Mr. Kishi spent 31 years at the Bank of Japan building extensive experience with various parts of the central bank including Operations, Information System Services, and Personnel Departments; the Chief Representative Office in the Americas; and the General Manager of the Maebashi Branch. While at the Payments and Settlement Systems Department (2018-20), Mr. Kishi headed the BoJ team for joint DLT study with the ECB (Project Stella), contributed to “Central bank digital currencies: foundational principles and core features” (G-7 central banks and BIS, 09 October 2020), and “Wholesale digital tokens” (Committee on Payments and Market Infrastructures, December 2019).

Beth Geller (Kaweblum) is Executive Director, Industry Issues Executive (WHEM) for JPMorgan’s Payments business. He was later seconded to Hong Kong as a Regional Sales Manager in 2005 before relocating back to China to lead the south China cash management business in 2008. Christian Stolcke is a Capital Markets and Transaction Banking veteran who has spent his career growing financial service businesses and executing global, large scale performance improvement programs across Shared Services, Operations and Technology. At Bank of America, Christian is Managing Director and head of Global Financial Institutions, Non-Bank Financial Institutions and Governments within Global Payments Solutions (GPS). In this role, Christian leads a worldwide team of sales and product professionals responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients across several industries, including banks, governments, investment managers, securities firms, insurance, paytech, private capital and specialty finance firms. Products span global cash management, trade and supply chain finance, foreign exchange, commercial card, liquidity, and investment solutions. Prior to joining Bank of America in 2022, Christian spent 16 years at UBS where he held a dual role as global head of Banks and head of Corporate Subsidiary Banking in the Americas, both within the Corporate and Institutional Client Business. During his tenure, he led a series of programs (global restructuring, divestiture, reengineering, and regulatory) that helped the bank to achieve its post-crisis turnaround and leadership position. Prior to banking, Christian worked at EDS CoNext, an EDS/AT Kearney startup and strategic sourcing consortium where he was vice president for Product and Client Management. At the management consultancy AT Kearney, he was a principal in the Global Operations and Financial Institutions Group where he contributed to the launch and expansion of the firm’s Latin American franchise. Magali Van Bulck is the Head of Policy and Government Relations at Wise, having joined the company in 2016. In her time at Wise, she has been heavily focused on improving transparency in cross-border payments, lowering the cost of remittances and providing a pathway for non-banks to join the financial infrastructure. She sits on the board of the International Association of Money Transfer Networks (IAMTN) and PayBelgium, and founded Accept My IBAN, a platform to report IBAN discrimination which has successfully put this consumer protection issue on the political agenda.

Dr. Rebecca Harding is CEO of the Centre for Economic Security and an independent trade economist, author, public speaker. Active in payments and cash management with BNP Paribas and its predecessors since 2004, Wim has end-to-end experience in business development, product management and platform integration, delivery & operations. He holds an MSc in commercial engineering and is currently heading the product group on payments & collections for the bank's Cash Management business. He also acts as a client advisor. He is passionate about mapping the everyday needs of corporate treasurers to innovative transaction banking solutions. Wim is a regular speaker at banking and corporate conferences.

Enno’s primary role is to help Surecomp fulfill its mission to enable seamless, sustainable trade for everyone by removing barriers and fostering collaboration. He is responsible for driving Surecomp’s strategic direction to ensure product development is completely aligned with customer needs. He joins Convera from BCG Digital Ventures where he was CTO and Managing Director. In addition, he has also held leadership roles with IBM, PwC, AT&T, and Mahindra & Mahindra group. Simone is the Global Head of Payment Platforms at Commerzbank. In her role, she is responsible for the product management, IT operations, development and delivery of Commerzbank’s global cash management activities for retail and corporate clients as well as for the corresponding banking network. Simone has close to 20 years of experience in wholesale Corporate Banking. She has held several management positions including Head of Corporate Banking in Commerzbank France as well as Head of International Platforms. He became Managing Director of the Interbank Payment Service in 2000. When Iberpay was created in 2005, he was its interim CEO. He is currently Deputy CEO of Iberpay responsible for international, institutions and cash. He is a member of the AMI-Pay at ECB and PIE of the CPMI (BIS). At present, I am involved in a number of GTB and Solutions special projects ranging from trade finance to cash management while also working on a number of securities services Market Infrastructure and Regulatory Advocacy initiatives after having for the period of 2017-2019 headed up the Financial Institutions Products Area within the Solutions Area of GTB covering the transaction product needs offered by ISP to over 150 financial institutional relationships. In the FIP Area, I led a team responsible for primarily presiding the product life cycle, including functional analysis, regulatory impacts, documentation support, financial planning and business case validation within the bank's formal Capex processes, closely liaising with other areas of the bank connected to our servicing offering and product roll outs. Over the last few years, I have also participated on behalf of the bank in several key internal and external industry projects representing the needs and business requirements of ISP’s financial institutions client base addressing major market events like SEPA, PSD, AML regulations, CSD pricing policy adaptation, T2S, T2 Consolidation and ECMS implementation. Currently, I am a member of both the domestic and the BCE securities market infrastructure and user and advisor groups (Italian NSG and AMI SECO) and am CoChairing the ISO20022 SCORE Task Force. Most recently, I also represent ISP in the IBOS Association (www.ibosassociation.com/) as the acting Chair.

Stephen Lindsay joined SWIFT in 2007 and currently leads the Standards, Securities and Digital Assets (SSDA) team, which is responsible for developing and maintaining standards, services, and digital platform capabilities to meet evolving market and community needs. Prior to that, Stephen led the business stream evolving SWIFT’s strategic platform to enable instant and frictionless cross-border transactions. Stephen has a longstanding interest in industry standards and continues to lead the workstream migrating the Swift community to ISO 20022 for cross-border payments. Lourdes Sohlé is an experienced professional with over a decade working in Mexico’s financial market infrastructure. Currently serving as Associate Director of Post-Trade Product at the Mexican Stock Exchange Group, she leads business strategy, product development and innovation across the CSD (Indeval) and the derivatives and equities CCPs (Asigna and CCV), playing a key role in the Digital Evolution Program — a transformation initiative focused on modernizing core Post-Trade platforms and enhancing peripheral services in line with global standards. Previously, as Associate Director of Commercial and Product at Indeval, she coordinated strategic projects and cross-functional teams to support technology adoption (RPA and data services) and regulatory engagement. In earlier roles at the Group, she led initiatives in automation and operational risk management — including PFMI-aligned risk frameworks and actionable dashboards for executive decision-making. Before joining the BMV Group, she held roles at Santander and the Ministry of Finance (SHCP), gaining experience in operational risk and public-sector insurance. Juliette Kennel joined Swift in 2004 and is currently Global Head of Industry Engagement for Securities and Standards, based at Swift’s headquarters in Brussels. Stuart Warner is the Head of Strategy and Change for Custody, Clearing and Settlement for MSS Operations, a role he has held since May 2022. Stuart joined HSBC in 2009 where he was Global Head of Asset Servicing and Tax Operations, supporting HSBC’s broker-dealer business. In 2017 Stuart moved to Securities Services where he was responsible for Direct Custody and Clearing Product for Europe, MENAT and Americas. Prior to this, Stuart held roles in operations at Citi, Deutsche Bank and Chase Manhattan. Stuart has 25+ years’ experience, focussed on securities and asset servicing where he has led large teams in delivering both ‘run the bank’ operational services and ‘change the bank’ strategic platform programmes. As Group Managing Director and Head of Global Transaction Banking, Mr Melvyn Low has responsibility for OCBC’s transaction banking business serving SMEs, large corporations, financial institutions and government entities across the Bank’s core markets of Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong and Indonesia. He is an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience and has held senior positions in cash management, trade, and securities services in regional and global banks. Mr Low also served as Director of the Singapore Clearing House Association from 2010 to 2013, where he was a key contributor to the launch of Fast and Secure Transfers, or FAST, platform. As the Chair of the PayNow Steering Committee of the Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS) from 2019 to 2021, he co-led Singapore banks in the launch of PromptPay-PayNow, the world’s first cross-border faster payment system. Mr Low is currently the Co-Chair of the Digital Standing Committee for ABS and the Steering Committee for Governance of PayNow Cross-border linkages. He also serves as a board member of Network for Electronic Transfers (Singapore) and the Singapore Trade Data Exchange (SGTraDex). Mr Low is an IBF Distinguished Fellow and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia, Canada.

Stuart leads the payments industry and regulatory relationships for Lloyds Banking Group. He brings a variety of experience to the role from leadership positions in both customer and operational domains. He has been a relationship banker leading financial institutions relationships across the globe, particularly developing correspondent connections in Asia and the U.S. Subsequently, he has held senior positions in transaction banking in strategy, business development and product management. Stuart is responsible for the creation of an annual transformation portfolio, driven by legal and regulatory change aligning this to the strategic goals of the business. In that role, she was responsible for Transaction Banking specialist sales, client experience, client solution and integration teams, and the distribution arm of the Data & Analytics business, spanning the domestic and international markets. Prior to joining CBA, Elise held a variety of senior roles in Sydney, London and New York, encompassing operations, front-line client relationship management, strategy, large-scale business transformation, client research, and transactional and trade sales.

Kerstin is head of ISO 20022 corporate-to-bank standardization and with more than 20 years of global experience in Cash Management at Deutsche Bank a recognized expert in ISO 20022 standardization for payments, status reports, and account statements. She provides strategic guidance and expertise to corporates navigating the ISO 20022 migration, ensuring seamless adoption and integration of the standard. As a format specialist, she has been driving the implementation of ISO 20022 corporate payments and account statements within Deutsche Bank, assuring alignment with industry standards. In addition, she leads since years the Payments Working Group within the Common Global Implementation – Market Practice (CGI-MP) community, contributing to industry-wide harmonization and best practices in the payments ecosystem by close co-operation between corporates, banks, Swift, ERP/TMS providers etc.

With over 17 years of experience in corporate finance and treasury, Johann Lee has developed strong expertise in optimizing financial processes for multinational corporations. He began his career at IBM, where he served as a consultant for six years, focusing on implementing in-house banks and payment factories that significantly enhanced treasury and finance operations for various international clients. Since 2013, Johann has been with Merck KGaA as Principal Expert for treasury and payment processes. He oversees the global payment factory, successfully rolled out across 57 countries. Currently, he is leading the implementation of SWIFT Instant Cash Reporting as a pilot corporate initiative, further advancing Merck’s financial capabilities.

Lead Payment Industry Representative, PPI AG since 2019 – a consulting and solution company, long standing Swift partner. Mario has more than 25 years of experience in the payment standards and automation in the interbank as well as in corporate-to-bank areas. Paul has more than four decades of experience in the global securities industry. He started his career at the London Stock Exchange ('79-'88), leaving the UK as a young LSE executive. Mr. Conn went on to pursue new commercial business opportunities for ASX. He joined Computershare in Sydney in '98, relocated to New York in 2001, becoming the President of Computershare's Global Capital Markets group in '06. Jeff is the Global Head of Citi’s Asset Servicing Product. A key responsibility of this role is the management of Product Development agenda/roadmap for Asset Servicing across the Custody Business and the associated technology budget that supports it. Jeff started his financial services career in Midland Bank in 1980 before joining Citi seven years later where he initially worked in UK Settlements, moving to Global Custody Settlements in 1990. Olivier Dazard is CSP deputy director at Swift and heading the ‘Customer and Providers Security and Resilience’ team. This team drives the evolution and support of the Customer and Partner Security Control Frameworks and the associated Independent Assessment Framework (IAF). Those frameworks are the heart of the Customer Security Program (CSP) and the Shared Infrastructure Program (SIP) at Swift. The CSP helps financial institutions ensure their defences against cyberattacks are up to date and effective. Before joining the CSP program in 2016, Olivier was a Lead IT internal auditor for over 10 years involved in many Swift internal and Partners certification engagements. During this period, Olivier was also leading the Service Bureau inspections program at SWIFT. Olivier has earlier been involved in many other IT functions during his 30+ years career at SWFT. Finally, Olivier holds a degree in Computing sciences from the University of Namur (Belgium) and is CISA certified

Stephen Lindsay joined SWIFT in 2007 and currently leads the Standards, Securities and Digital Assets (SSDA) team, which is responsible for developing and maintaining standards, services, and digital platform capabilities to meet evolving market and community needs. Prior to that, Stephen led the business stream evolving SWIFT’s strategic platform to enable instant and frictionless cross-border transactions. Stephen has a longstanding interest in industry standards and continues to lead the workstream migrating the Swift community to ISO 20022 for cross-border payments. Prior to joining SWIFT, Stephen spent 17 years as a technical architect and product manager for a financial software vendor, specializing in the design and implementation of payments and integration software for an international market.

Damien is a seasoned payment expert, having spent over 18 years in the domain working as a consultant, program manager and payments expert in several international banks and SWIFT. Currently Damien is the Head of Payments Industry Engagement for the Cash Management arm of BNP Paribas. Next to accompanying the Bank’s Product and IT divisions as a senior strategist, he is representing BNP Paribas in various working groups across the industry, pursuing his passion to achieve instant and frictionless international payments. Since joining ICBC in 2019, Wei Siqi has accumulated extensive expertise in both cross-border payment clearing and Exception & Investigation (E&I) processes. Baanu Ratneswaran Head, Enterprise Innovation at TD Invent Baanu is a global innovation executive known for delivering best-in-class inclusive experiences that exceed customers' evolving expectations. Alexandra Johnson is the Chief Payment Office at Nium. Prior to joining Nium she was Director and Head of New Product Development & Innovation in Global Transaction Services (GTS) at Bank of America. In this role, Alex led a team responsible for exploring new technologies and concepts that will drive greater efficiencies, security, and advancement of treasury solutions. Before joining the bank in late 2022, Alex worked at JP Morgan as the Global Head of Go-to-Market, Commercialization and Partnerships for Foreign Exchange Product, where she established a product design and go-to-market function , oversaw pricing and revenue management, and drove the strategy and development for multiple market-leading cross currency solutions. Previously, she was Director of Network Implementation and Strategy at Hyperwallet, a member of the PayPal group of companies, where she handled the onboarding and implementation of the global correspondent network, led the prepaid card offering, and managed global payment operations.
