General Terms and Conditions
The Swift General Terms and Conditions set out the terms and conditions that apply to the provision or use of the Swift Services and Products to which customers subscribe via an electronic form or other contractual arrangements that expressly refer to these Swift General Terms and Conditions.
Services Terms & Conditions
Updated Services Terms and Conditions
Swift has updated the terms and conditions governing the provision and usage of Swift Professional Services. The below versions of the Swift Services Terms and Conditions are effective as from 15 September 2022.
They will govern any new ordering of Swift Professional Services placed on or after 15 September 2022.
Existing contracts for recurring Swift Professional Services will be exclusively governed by these new Swift Services Terms and Conditions as from 8 December 2022.
Unless the service proposal or other contractual documentation expressly indicates otherwise, professional services ordered through an office in the Americas will be governed by the Americas terms and professional services ordered through an office in the UK, EMEA or APAC will be governed by the EMEA/APAC terms. Orders placed for Swift China Professional Services will be governed by the Swift China Services Terms and Conditions.

SwiftRef Products and Services
The SwiftRef Licence Terms and Conditions for distribution of SwiftRef Data govern the licensing of SwiftRef Data to a Licensee who commercialises an application or service to its customers and wishes to have permission from Swift either to make data from a SwiftRef product available to its customers or to host the Data from a SwiftRef product on its systems in order to provide services to its customers.
The SEPA IBAN-only Directory terms and conditions-Standard User License govern the access to the SEPA IBAN Only Directory, as well as the download and use of the SEPAIO data.
The SEPA IBAN-only Directory License Agreement governs the License granted to a Licensee by Payments UK which allows the Licensee either to make data from the SEPAIO Directory available to its customers as part of its application or service or to host it on its systems in order to provide services to its customers.

The Swift Partner Programme Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Swift and a Swift partner in the context of the Swift Partner Programme. The Shared Infrastructure Policy governs the relationship between Swift and Swift users in the context of their use of the services of shared infrastructure providers. It explains the general principles that govern shared infrastructure operation, and the responsibilities of Swift users in this context. The document also describes the shared infrastructure provider requirements that are relevant for Swift users.
BIC Policy
This document provides specific guidelines for the use of BICs by Swift users, in particular as identifiers and addresses within the Swift messaging services.
Customer Testing Policy
Swift Customer Testing Policy: This document provides specific conditions for performance or vulnerability testing of Swift services and products and non-Swift services and products. This document covers stress tests, throughput tests, intrusion tests or penetration tests, and any other types of performance testing or vulnerability testing.

Swift Ordering Tool - Terms and Conditions
The Swift Ordering Tool Terms and Conditions govern the use of online ordering on www.swift.com. This tool is used when applying to join Swift, ordering products, services, training and documentation, registering Security Officers, as well as when upgrading, changing and terminating existing installations.

Claims procedure for problems in a live environment
The Claims procedure for problems in a live environment sets out the procedure to follow when a customer decides to formally file a claim with Swift relating to the provision or use of Swift messaging services, Solutions or applications in a live environment. This procedure applies if the customer and Swift have failed to resolve the dispute at a business level. For more information about dispute resolution, see the applicable contractual framework (typically article 15 of the Swift General Terms and Conditions).
