Craig was appointed Chief Information Officer in February 2015, with responsibility for safeguarding Swift’s operational excellence. Previously, Craig served as Swift’s Chief Technology Officer, responsible for developing the company’s long-term technology vision and strategy. He joined Swift from Verizon, where he was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, and has more than 20 years of industry experience.
