Elvira was appointed Head of Transaction Services as per 1st of October 2022. Elvira has over 20 years of experience with ING, working across multiple sectors and geographies, most recently as global head of Real Estate and Infrastructure. Prior to this, Elvira held leadership roles and senior positions in trade and commodity finance, global credit restructuring and structured finance. Elvira holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Denver University and a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
