Arthur “Artie” Ambrose is the Managing Director, Global Head of Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) Operations at Citi, responsible for leading 15,000 staff in over 95 countries. In his role, Artie drives and executes an Operations strategy focused on reducing processing risk, scalability, enhancing TTS' products and services through greater automation, and improving our clients' experience with Citi.

Artie is a seasoned cash management and broker dealer executive with over 30 years of experience in the industry, spanning global country management, product management, and business strategy. Prior to Citi, Artie was the Global Head of Treasury Services Operations at Goldman Sachs.

Artie is a champion of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and talent development programs and is the DE&I champion for Operations’ Women’s Network at Citi.
