Terminate your KYC Registry subscription
The customer must always notify Swift in advance of its intention to terminate Swift services and products (typically, three months or, in case of termination of a service administration agreement, 12 months). The termination rules are detailed in the Pricing and Invoicing terms and conditions.

When you terminate your KYC Registry subscription, your KYC group and all the entities (as well as Swift Profile reports, if any) related to it will be permanently deleted from the KYC Registry 90 days after the submission of the KYC Registry termination form.

The person filling in the KYC Registry termination form must have access to the Ordering application (on www.swift.com) for the BIC entity owning the KYC contract.

In order to terminate your subscription, please indicate, in the KYC Registry termination form, the BIC owner of the KYC contract (the BIC on behalf of which the initial subscription order has been made) as well as your KYC contract number (indicated in the order confirmation email). In addition, please specify in the reasons why you decided to terminate your KYC contract.

Step 1: Click on the KYC Registry termination form, save it on your desktop and fill in the KYC Registry termination form. Step 2: Click on KYCRegistry.Operations@swift.com to send an email with the completed “KYC Registry termination form” attached.
