Lead Business Analyst, Barclays

Chloe is the Business Requirements Lead on the ISO 20022 Project for Barclays, a position that she has held now for 2 years.

Chloe originally joined Barclays in 2008 as the manager of the payment engine configuration team and has since performed multiple payment technology SME roles within the bank. She co-chairs the Swift CBPR Shadow group, is a member of the Swift Technical advisory Group and UK Banking and Payments Committee. She has proved to be an influential participant.

Chloe has recently been working closely with the Bank of England on the ongoing review of the message specifications for the ISO 200 22 message set. Her current role encompasses the management of programme level artefacts for Barclays based on the latest ISO 200 22 Scheme industry documentation.

Before coming to Barclays Chloe worked for Finastra as a consultant on their GPP Payment engine product for 2 years. This was a role that she moved into after working for Citibank (London & Dublin) within payments technology for 7 years. During her time at Citibank she worked alongside the operational and technical teams to implement new payment engine platforms, across multiple branches, globally.
