Terminate your SWIFTNet Link (SNL) subscription

The customer must always notify SWIFT in advance of its intention to terminate SWIFT services and products (typically, three months or, in case of termination of a service administration agreement, 12 months). The termination rules are detailed in the Pricing and Invoicing terms and conditions.

Terminate your SWIFTNet Link (SNL) subscription

  • Terminating a SWIFTNet Link may affect your SWIFTNet traffic's routing information.

  • We recommend checking the potential impact on SWIFTNet service subscriptions within three weeks of the SWIFTNet Link termination by using the Configuration Browser (login required).

  • Manipulating the routing rules can sometimes be complex. Contact our Support Centre, or your assigned service manager, to ensure that your SWIFTNet traffic will not be affected by the requested change.

Terminate your SNL base licence subscription

Terminate your SNL or WebStation on another institution's infrastructure.

Step 1: Click on "paper form" (.xls extension), save it on your desktop and fil in your order.
Step 2: Click on "CUSTOMER PROVISIONING" to send an email with the order.
