Shipping information

Your SWIFT order may include a physical shipment, which we will deliver door-to-door. Equipment will be shipped to the shipping contact named on your form.

Please take into account the lead-time for shipping courier deliveries. You should also be aware of any specific delivery procedures required in your country, such as the payment of local taxes.

Please do not use a P.O. box address, as equipment will need to be signed for upon delivery.

Tokens

If your order includes tokens, the individual named as your ordering contact will receive an email with the default password for the tokens.

  • The 3SKey Developer Toolkit comes with test tokens included.
  • For each BIC which requires access to the certificate revocation check facility, subscriber tokens will be provided to the corresponding shipping contact.

Security Information

SWIFT increased the security of the shipments it does with its customers.

As part of this change, we are using security stickers and security bags for the shipment of the following equipment:

  • HSM boxes
  • VPN boxes
  • Tokens

This improvement will make tampering of the equipment/packaging more visible.
