My Service Administration

My Service Administration allows Service Administrators to:
- Approve or reject customers that subscribe to their service
- Maintain the list of Service Approvers.

Ordering checklist

  • If the drop-down box for approval does not appear when using Firefox, use Internet Explorer instead.

  • Use My Service Administration for all the services that are part of Solutions, Member-Administered Closed User Groups (MA-CUGs) and Market Infrastructures (MI CUGs).

  • Upon receipt of approval, SWIFT will define the customer in the CUG requested by the customer. SWIFT will also enable the customer to send and receive messages for this SWIFTNet service on the implementation date specified on the form

Service withdrawal request

It is the responsibility of the Service Administrator to inform the customer.

At the requested date, the customer for whom you request a withdrawal will not be able to send and to receive messages for the specified service.
