MySwift is your new one-stop shop to help you manage your Swift products and services, keep track of your order and invoices, and access online support.

Swift’s recently launched portal, MySwift, combines various sources of information into a single overview and offers easier access for our customers.

Key Features:

MySwift is tailored to your profile and shows a dynamic view of the information linked to your personal account. No more 'Access denied' errors, no more hunting for the correct link. It includes features such as:

  • Quick Menu –displays all applications you have access to
  • At a Glance – Your personalised dashboard with Swift’s Operational Status and customised information highlights such as open cases, orders, and invoices.
  • Notification Bar – Provides important operational updates
  • Knowledge Centre – Offers useful support information including documentation (User Handbook), Knowledge Base (tips) and How-to videos
