Keynote from Swift’s Chief Customer Experience Officer, Pat Antonacci
Sharing the vision: Towards instant, frictionless transactions
As the financial industry’s neutral and trusted infrastructure provider, we help our community of over 11,000 institutions move value around the world reliably and securely. And as we have progressively expanded what we do, we have evolved how we deliver.
This session will outline how Swift’s exciting new strategy will help the industry take another leap forward – fundamentally transforming payments and securities processing to help the community navigate the complex challenges they face today and remain prepared well into the future.

Swift support transformation
Our journey towards excellence
Swift has embarked on a journey to improve the customer support experience. This transformation is centred on several key areas, designed to improve the overall customer experience, provide actionable data and insights and assist the product development lifecycle and knowledge management.
This session will outline how this transformation is already helping our customers today and will explore the next steps in the transformation journey, related to the customer experience programme.
Bart Verlinden, Support Transformation Programme Manager, Swift
Audience: Anyone leading, or working in, operations and support teams
The future of RMA
The move towards a single, central, portal
With the migration to ISO20022 and the introduction of the transaction manager, institutions will be required to keep RMA relationships synchronised across the different services (FIN, FIN+, APIs).
This session will zoom in on the different ways Swift will assist the community in creating and maintaining synchronised relationships. We will also go deeper on future RMA evolution, and how it will help institutions efficiently manage their business relationships. A tentative timeline will also be shared explaining a multi-phased release plan.
Chhavi Muttoo, Messaging Product Manager, Swift
Audience: Anyone responsible for RMA management and administration, or managing RMA authorisations
Swift infrastructure
Deployment in the public cloud
Cloud adoption is increasing within the financial services industry. In this session we will discuss the latest trends and use cases as the industry continues its journey to the cloud. We will also outline how Swift is supporting the community on this journey and help them overcome the challenges they are facing whilst doing so.
Julie Maes, Service Manager, Swift
Sophie Racquet, Head of Alliance Connect & Digital Connectivity Initiative, Swift
Audience: Anyone considering operating Swift infrastructure in a public cloud

Swift Customer Security Programme
Managing the evolving cyber threat
To help the community manage the continually evolving cyber threat, Swift annually publishes revised versions of the Customer Security Controls Framework. As of 2021, Swift requires attestations to be supported by an independent assessment.
This session will outline the key changes and help you understand the process, timeline, and resources available to support your attestation and utilise counterparty data as part of your cyber risk assessment. We will also offer KYC-SA users an opportunity to hear about recent enhancements.
Olivier Dazard, Head of Control Frameworks, Programme Strategy & Engagement, Swift
Ruth Montgomery, Lead Security Management Specialist, Swift
Frank Versmessen, Manager, Customer Security, Swift
Sofie Vuylsteke, Lead Security Management Specialist, Swift
Audience: Anyone involved in managing the Customer Security Programme or using the KYC SA portal and data
HSM Refresh Programme
Ensuring safe and continuous operations
As the Hardware Security Modules (HSM) boxes currently in the field reach their end of life, Swift is introducing the new HSM Refresh Programme. The new HSM model has been chosen to ensure safe and continuous operations, and introduce new features to relieve customer pain points.
This session will outline the timelines, features, and much more.
Ivania Martinez, Product Manager, Security Footprint Squad, APIIC, Swift
Audience: Anyone responsible for managing HSM boxes within their organisation
