Digital event
Africa’s digital economy: Where finance and fintech reconnect
Like many other events, the global pandemic has made us shift our premier financial services event to a digital experience for our African community this year. We still plan to bring together financial services professionals from over 55 countries across Africa, including financial institutions, market infrastructures, international corporations and technology partners to learn about the latest trends and shape the future of Africa’s financial industry.
Although we cannot meet in person, we thoroughly look forward to virtually engaging with you to discover trends that are boosting Africa’s financial ecosystem post pandemic, opportunities stemming from mass digitisation, increasing intra-African trade, and the importance of understanding your customer needs in this changing landscape.
— Sido Bestani, Regional Director, Middle East, Turkey & Africa, Swift
ARC provides a unique platform for the African financial services industry to discuss key financial trends and issues from across the continent. The two-day event will include an action packed agenda with senior industry speakers and experts from across the region, debating what matters most to the financial industry in Africa.
This year’s digital conference will look at Africa’s digital economy, ‘where finance and fintech reconnect’. The focus will be on boosting Africa’s economy post pandemic, opportunities stemming from mass digitisation, increasing intra-African trade, and the importance of understanding your customer.
