SWIFT Americas' event season kicked off in high gear with 500+ delegates participating in a suite of events that took place early March. We kicked off with the 8th annual Premium Services Forum on Monday with attendees braving the snow for a full day of sessions and networking.
This year's Premium Services Forum, themed "Achieving operational excellence: Building for the future," focused on evolving and innovating support services, best practices for meeting the needs of SWIFT clients while providing state of the art support, planning for growth and optimizing infrastructure for the future. Attendees enjoyed an interactive game and networking opportunities throughout the day. Said one client, "I come to the Premium Services Forum every year for the networking and to learn and take back information to my organization to make it better. I think every premium support client should make an effort to attend and send more than one person from their group." The forum is committed to sharing key elements of operational excellence and strategies for success of that mission.
