Terminate your Sanctions Screening subscription
At this moment, SWIFT does not accept termination requests for Sanctions Screening service subscriptions. This applies to the Copy and the Connector options.
The Sanctions Screening service is end-of-life and SWIFT will discontinue the service in 2 phases, with the removal of screening on 16 December 2023, and the removal of the Sanctions Screening Portal on 31 January 2024.
Currently active SSS subscriptions are managed by SWIFT as follows:
- SSS subscribing institutions that already completed their migration from SSS to TSS, do not need to request any SSS termination.
SWIFT converts your SSS subscription to a TSS subscription automatically at migration project completion sign-off, or by 16 December 2023 when the SSS screening is stopped. Any flows are automatically deprovisioned from SSS.
- SSS subscribing institutions that already initiated the migration from SSS to TSS but did not complete it yet, do not need to request any SSS termination.
