Terminate your gpi Case resolution subscription

The customer must always notify SWIFT in advance of its intention to terminate SWIFT services and products (typically, three months or, in case of termination of a service administration agreement, 12 months). The termination rules are detailed in the Pricing and Invoicing terms and conditions.

  • The person filling in the gpi Case resolution termination form must have access to the Ordering application (on www.swift.com) for the BIC owning the Case resolution contract.

 

  • Once terminated the BICs which were provisioned under the gpi Case resolution service (in the live and/or test environment(s)) will not be entitled to benefit from the case resolution functionalities anymore.
