Subscribe to Swift Frontend Tracker

The Swift Frontend Tracker gives you real‑time internet-based access to end‑to‑end payment tracking, enabling you to show your customers exactly what is happening with their money at every stage of an international payment. By integrating this visibility directly into your banking applications, you will provide best in class payment experience to your customers.

Eligibility

The Swift Frontend Tracker is available to all Supervised Financial Institutions & Payment Service Providers (SUPE & PSPA). Please contact your Swift Account Manager to confirm whether you are eligible to subscribe.

Ordering information

Information required to place your order

To complete the Swift Frontend Tracker ordering, make sure you selected an onboarding model :

   • Self‑service onboarding

   • Assisted onboarding (Swift Professional Services)

Submitting your order

The e‑order must be submitted for the Customer Parent Destination (CPD) BIC only. All BIC branches under your CPD BIC will automatically be subscribed to benefit from the Swift Frontend Tracker.

After submitting the order

Once the e‑order is submitted and approved by Swift, your designated representative receives:

  1. An order acknowledgement email
  2. A contract confirmation email, including a Contract ID, sent upon order completion

Getting started with the service (accessible via API)

  • Depending on the onboarding model selected, you can start your implementation by accessing the Getting Started guide.
  • If you selected assisted onboarding via Swift Professional Services, our Professional Services team will proactively contact you shortly after order completion.
