Denis Kruger is the head of Sub-Sahara Africa for Swift, based in Johannesburg, leading a team across three offices, delivering on Swift’s ambitious Africa growth plan. He joined Swift in 2006 and since then has managed countries in East, Central and Southern Africa, including South Africa, Kenya, and the DRC amongst others. He has also managed several large accounts in the region including Standard Bank, FirstRand Bank, Nedbank BankservAfrica, ABSA Bank, Ecobank, and the South African Reserve Bank. Prior to joining Swift, Denis held various managerial positions at FirstRand Bank.
