Head of Global Customer Support, SWIFT
Leo Punt was appointed to the position of head of Global Customer Support at SWIFT in May 2019. Prior to this role, Leo was responsible for Services & Support within the EMEA region since October 2010. Leo has been at SWIFT for 15 years. In this time, he has covered a variety of roles and assignments, including deputy Chief Executive EMEA, responsibility for the SWIFT Customer Security program rollout in EMEA and interim head of SWIFT’s Operations Centre in Kuala Lumpur in 2018. He has a broad experience in Technology, Operations and Security-related Services. Leo joined SWIFT in 2004 and prior to joining SWIFT held various senior level positions in IT, commercial and delivery functions in multinational institutions across different industries. Leo has a degree in Information Technology and MBA from Henley Business School.
