Shriyanka leads the product organization called Market Infrastructure Communities and Standards Services which serves Swift’s MI business catering to 253+ market infrastructures across payments, securities and FX.

MICSS is the delivery organization responsible for the development and upkeep of time critical and systemically important services such as Euro1/Step1 , ESMIG , CREST , CLS TPS , Australia’s NPP and runs the third site RTGS resiliency to some of the world’s biggest RTGSs .

MICSS has been driving the successful adoption of ISO20022 by Domestic High Value Payments Systems and are managing the ISO20022 migration for 80+ HVPS systems and supporting the industry towards achieving Interoperability across RTGS, Instant Payments and CBDC ecosystems.

MICSS serves the community with its Standards products portfolio which enable the MI communities to adopt and implement standards via platforms like MyStandards, Swift Translator and Mapping libraries and the ISO20022 Accelerator Pack.
