Francois is Head of Payments Go-To-Market for Europe at Swift. Based in Belgium, he is mainly responsible for supporting global business product programmes including Swift gpi, ISO 20022, transaction management, Swift Go, pre-validation and Swift’s instant & frictionless strategy for the European market.

Prior to his current role, Francois was involved in several large payment initiatives in the European market: Swift transaction manager roll-out and global adoption of ISO 20022 for CBPR+, the renewal project of T2/ESMIG (the pan-European RTGS) and instant payment solutions.

Francois joined Swift in 2016. Prior to joining Swift, Francois held various finance & treasury roles in the telecom industry as well as being a senior Auditor at PwC.
