Cecelia Vallance is the Project Management Lead within the Asia Pacific Swift Professional Services team. Joined since 2015, she was responsible for the successful delivery of the New Payments Platform Programme in Australia before relocating to Singapore in 2019.

Currently, her key role is to lead a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering Swift implementation projects across Asia Pacific, through improved governance, practice and compliance. Additionally, Cecelia also manages a variety of key customer initatives in the Professional Services team.

Prior to Swift, she was an external consultant at eftpos Payments Australia, acting as the Programme Manager for their digital payments delivery. Before that, she was a Portfolio & Programme Manager at First Data, responsible for delivering programs across Asia Pacific, such as the compliance programs for card schemes and new online payments initiatives.

During her 20 years’ experience in the financial services and payments industry, she has held various project delivery roles. Her expertise lies in delivering innovative programs in real-time and online payment environment.

Cecelia holds a post graduate diploma in management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management as well as PMP and AgilePM®  certifications.
