Isabelita “Belitte” M. Papa is currently a Consultant at the Bankers Association of the Philippines for Advocacies and Policies and also the Co-Chair for the Task Force 20022 for the Philippines. Prior to joining the BAP, she was formerly an Executive Vice President for Operations and IT for Asia United Bank. She previously worked with Bank of America , Citibank UOB and several other local banks. Belitte represented the Philippines for the past 10 years, as Chairperson of the Swift User Group. She was also a former Baiphil President – the training arm of the banking industry. She actively participated in the BAP Operations Committee as Chairperson of the Committee on Funds Transfer and Payments. On two consecutive terms, she was the Chairperson for the PDDTS Bidding Committee – a US Dollars Domestic RTGS system.
