With more than 25 years’ experience at Swift, Sophie Racquet is leading a team of Product Managers looking after Swift connectivity: Alliance Connect and Alliance Connect Virtual, the new Swift connectivity offering from public cloud environment. Sophie joined Swift Product Management in 2014, as Alliance Lite2 Product Manager before becoming Head of Cloud Services in 2016. In 2018, she took over the role of Head of Alliance Access, Warehouse and Integration Product Management team and participated to the articulation of the Cloud and Interfaces strategy.

She has previously held various positions at Swift from Customer Support, to IT, to Technical Experts, Service Manager and Consulting Services Portfolio Manager. Sophie is highly knowledgeable of Swift business, products and services.
