Sean Sarginson is the Global Head of Innovation at Swift.  

Since joining Swift in 2011, he has held various roles across the company in both product development and commercial teams. As Chief of Staff to the CEO, Sean collaborated closely with Board members and executive management, contributing to the definition of company strategy. 

As of 2019, Sean has headed the innovation group, which aims to accelerate and de-risk Swift’s product roadmap as well as foster and engage with emerging ecosystems. 

Sean holds a BA Hons in Economics and Politics, European Studies from the University of Exeter in the U.K. 

Sean is Belgian and British, and grew up in the U.S.
