Michela Cicenia is an international banking executive with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Since July 2024, she has served as Global Co-Head of Global Trade at Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking and is a member of the Natixis CIB Management Committee and the BPCE Executive Committee.

She has deep expertise in structured finance, export and trade finance, working capital solutions, cash and liquidity management, payments and digital transformation. Throughout her career in leading European banking institutions, she has developed a strong track record in managing complex corporate relationships and driving business development and change management initiatives across the European banking market.

Prior to joining Natixis, Michela held several senior positions at BNP Paribas, including as a member of the Executive Committee of BNPP CIB Italy and BNL SpA, and as a Board Director of Ifitalia. She graduated in Business Administration and Law from Bocconi University in Milan and is fluent in Italian, English and French.
