Graeme is a Managing Director in the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) at J.P. Morgan, and is an advisor on strategic programs for the firm.

Graeme is also the Chair of the Board of Directors at Swift, where he has served as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the global cooperative since 2023.

Prior to his current role at J.P. Morgan, Graeme was Managing Director and Chief Controls Manager for the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) at J.P. Morgan, where he led a global team of 1,400 controls professionals that design and execute the controls framework and governance for all businesses in the CIB.

During a 35 year career at J.P. Morgan, Graeme held a variety of operations, technology and infrastructure leadership roles, in the UK, the US and globally, and he is a passionate supporter and senior contributor to the firms’ people, culture, and diversity programmes. 

Graeme graduated from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, with an Honors Degree in Statistics. Outside of work, Graeme is married, has two sons, and his hobbies and interests span sports, music and reading.
