Raouf Soussi Laghmich is Global Head of International Solutions at BBVA. He is responsible for the strategic development of BBVA’s international solutions for commercial clients, covering cross-border payments, trade finance and international liquidity management, with a strong focus on innovation, interoperability and scalable global capabilities.

Raouf has more than 20 years of experience in international payments, transaction banking and financial infrastructure strategy. Throughout his career, he has led global initiatives across cross-border payments, cash management, treasury solutions and digital corporate banking, combining strategic vision with large-scale execution across Europe, Latin America, the United States and Asia.

He has also contributed to the governance and strategic evolution of major international and European payment infrastructures, with particular expertise in technology, risk, operational resilience and the future of cross-border and instant payments.
