Michael Manos was appointed Chief Technology Officer in May 2026. In this role, he oversees Swift’s network, platform, cloud capabilities and security and is responsible for the strategy and direction of Swift’s technology platforms, ensuring its services and systems remain secure and resilient. 

Michael brings over 30 years of experience driving technology-led change, execution and commercial success across numerous industries and business verticals. Before joining Swift, he was Chief Technology Officer at Dun & Bradstreet, where he was responsible for the strategy and direction of Dun & Bradstreet’s products and service development, solution architecture, data and AI technology platforms, and corporate information technology services. He has held additional senior leadership positions at Fiserv, First Data, AOL, Nokia, Digital Reality Trust, Microsoft and Walt Disney. Michael graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and holds many technology industry patents.
