Peter Benz, with more than 20 years’ experience in the financial industry, is responsible for the team of service managers in EMEA - a core component of our Premium Plus and Premium Custom support services. His team isdistributed over several Swift offices in EMEA and responsible for the facilitation and delivery of all components included in those support modules.

He joined Swift in 2013 when Arkelis was integrated into the core Swift organization. Peter started gaining experience in the financial industry in 1995, with a 5 year stint in the market of real-time data distribution systems for trading rooms. In 2000, he joined SunGard. In his role at SunGard he became familiar with messaging and integration services and with the Swift network.

During this, he worked in several operational roles, mainly in the areas of Support, Training, Project Management, Technical Account Management as well as Relationship and Escalation Management.
