Please note that access to, use of, or downloading of information from, the Directory of L2BA Providers is subject to the terms and conditions below. These terms and conditions supplement the Terms of Use of the Swift website. To the extent there should be any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the Terms of Use of the Swift website, these terms and conditions shall take precedence.
Swift reserves the right, at its discretion, to add, modify, or remove portions of, these Terms of Use at any time. If you visit the Directory, you accept to be bound by the then applicable Terms of Use.
Swift lists in this Directory the companies (the “Providers”) that participate in Swift’s Lite2 for Business Applications Programme. These Providers offer their own business applications, integrating with such applications Swift’s cloud-based Alliance Lite2 offering. Those companies wishing to use a Provider’s business application may obtain indirect connectivity to the Swift messaging network through the Provider’s provision of the Lite2 service. Companies (“End Users”) wishing to avail themselves of this integrated offering will contract for it with the Provider. End Users will also become Swift users, and thus establish a contractual relationship with Swift.
End Users must review and be familiar with the “Policy for End-Users” that constitutes an important aspect and contractual document of the Lite2 for Business Applications Programme. This Policy for End-Users sets forth information about the respective roles and responsibilities of the Provider and Swift. End Users are bound by the terms of the “Policy for End-Users”.
Providers are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Swift and an End User must independently conduct its own analysis to determine whether any Provider is suitable for that End User’s needs or purposes. Any relationship between a customer and a Provider is independent, and without involvement, of Swift. With regard to this Directory, Swift is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of information about Providers or for maintaining up-to-date information about Providers. Swift does not warrant, endorse or recommend any Provider or any of its business applications or services or products and shall not have liability or responsibility for any act or omission of any Provider or any of its personnel or staff with respect to any such business application, service or product.
Swift EXCLUDES ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY NATURE REGARDING THIS DIRECTORY OR ANY OF ITS CONTENTS. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Belgium. In case of disputes arising in relation to these Terms of Use, the Courts of Brussels will have exclusive jurisdiction.
