Audience
This course is designed for Alliance operators, supervisors and Security Officers.
You will learn how to
- Manually create messages on Alliance
- Create, verify, authorise and modify messages
- Make system queries and perform other day-to-day tasks
- Use your Alliance interface by listening to the instructor and by doing practical exercises
- Exchange authorisations with your correspondents
- Perform day-to-day tasks using the Relationship Management Application

- Manual message manipulation from creation to release
- Connection to the SWIFT network
- Relationship management
- Message searching and reporting
- Basic event journal inquiries
- Monitoring the system for general status inquiries
Prior knowledge
We recommend that you first attend the course Introducing FIN. A basic knowledge of Windows or experience with a Windows-based application is recommended.
